The License Agreement for State(s) geographic boundary areas can be modified to match a corporations' current locations and future growth. Areas can be exclusive, non exclusive or some areas might be designated as shared non-exclusive where different corporation locations overlap. Areas can be adjoining and non-adjorning states. A geographic state area starts with one U.S. State boundary and can be enlarged by adding additional state(s) boundaries. Due to the versatility of the TRI-BOX® food carriers more than one non-related industry (pizza, pie, cake, other) can reside within one state boundary. Read below for prices and information.

Tri-Box® is willing to consider granting exclusive and non-exclusive licenses with a licensing fee limited by duration of time, geographic state boundary, business segment, or other factor under its patents upon reasonable and non-discriminatory terms and conditions.
The financial fee for use of Tri-Box®’s patents shall be based on an initial and quarterly licensing fee payable to Tri-Box®. This License is non-transferable and non-sublicensable.
